Return Policy

By making any purchase on this website, you agree to the following return policy:

For digital products and online courses: All digital products and online courses are non-returnable once you log into the course and/or download any files. No refunds, either partial or in whole, will be issued after you have logged in and/or downloaded files. Within 12 hours of purchase, refunds minus a 25% convenience fee will be available if you have not logged in to the course and/or downloaded any files. You must contact us at hello@learnfacialguasha within 12 hours of your order to request a refund. Refunds will be processed within 2 business days; please allow up to 10 days to see credit on your original payment method. You agree that technical issues for any reason are not grounds for a refund request and also agree to contacting us at hello@learnfacialguasha.com in order to obtain technical support.

For gua sha tools, rollers, and cups: All sales are final, refunds or returns will not be considered for any reason. By purchasing a gua sha tool, roller, or cups, you agree that you are purchasing a natural product and that you expect variation in the product. Due to the natural state of these items, gua sha tools, rollers, and cups may vary slightly in color and texture from the photographs shown on the product page.

Exchanges will be considered only in the event a tool arrives damaged. If this occurs, we will exchange the tool for the same item. You must contact us at hello@learnfacialguasha the same day of delivery and provide photographic evidence of damage in order to qualify for an exchange. Once we approve your exchange, you will be provided with an RMA number and return shipping address. You are responsible for the entire shipping cost of returning the damaged item to us, the item must be shipped via a trackable method, and you must provide the tracking number to us. We must receive the item within 7 days of your request for exchange. Your exchange will ship to you free of charge within 7 days of our receipt of the damaged item.

For in-office services including acupuncture, guasha, cupping, LED therapy or other services offered in our brick and mortar locations, all sales are final. Refunds will not be processed for any in-office service.
