In the meantime, here are some tips for what you can do right now to improve your skin:

  1. Quit all processed foods and all foods that contain sugar, fructose, glucose, etc. Yes, this means forgoing fruit until the situation is under control.

  2. Avoid dairy; milk, butter, cheese, ice cream, yogurt, etc.

  3. Be mindful of the amount of cold, raw food you consume, especially if you have puffiness.

  4. Avoid artificial sweeteners, foods that contain hydrogenated oils, and any fried foods

  5. Avoid alcohol

  6. Take at least 2 EPA/DHA fish oil capsules per day– (although flax oil contains EPA/DHA, it doesn’t work as well as fish oil in improving the skin.)
